1 teaspoon of Oyster Sauce
1 tablespoon of Vegetable Oil

1 teaspoon of Sesame Oil

1/4 of a Spanish Onion, chopped finely
1 Peach, cut into small pieces
1 Red Chilli, chopped finely
1/2 tablespoon of Honey
1/4 cup of Apple Juice
A few Coriander Leaves, chopped finely

Create

Marinate the Pork Chops with the Salt, Sugar, Garlic, Ginger, Five Spice powder, light Soy Sauce and Oyster Sauce. For better tasting results, marinate 3 hours ahead.

To make the dressing, heat up the Sesame Oil on low heat in the Fry Pan. Add the Spanish Onion, cooking for 1 minute. Add the Peaches, Chilli and stir. Then add the Apple Juice and Honey. Take off from the heat and set aside in a bowl. Garnish with the Coriander Leaves once ready to serve.

To cook the Pork Chops – In a Fry Pan, heat up the Vegetable Oil on high heat. Fry the pork chops, searing until a lovely brown colour is achieved on both sides. Then lower the heat and let the Pork Chops cook through. Depending on the thickness of the Pork Chops, this should take about 10 mins and the meat will appear firm to the touch.

Top with the Peach Chilli Dressing once ready to eat.

Serve together with some Steamed Rice or a Green Salad.
